In the order a project happens
Every job starts with something coming down, continues with something going up, and ends with someone moving in. We are registered for all three stages so you never have to find the next contractor.
Stage 01 SIC 43110
Demolition & strip-out
The unglamorous part, done properly. We take a building — or part of one — down in a planned order, keep the neighbours informed, and leave a plot you can build on the next morning.
What's included
- Soft strip: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, ceilings, services
- Structural demolition of outbuildings, garages, extensions and whole houses
- Chimney breast and wall removal with temporary works designed by an engineer
- Site clearance, licensed waste carriers, waste transfer notes
- Service disconnections and asbestos surveys arranged with licensed specialists
What you get
A clean, level site with services capped and marked, photographs before and after, and the paperwork for every skip that left.

Stage 02 SIC 41202
Construction of domestic buildings
Houses, extensions and refurbishments, built to your architect's drawings and to Building Regulations. We work with your engineer and building control from the first trench to the completion certificate.
What's included
- New-build houses and infill plots
- Rear, side-return and wraparound extensions
- Loft conversions: dormers, hip-to-gable, mansard
- Structural alterations: steel beams, openings, underpinning
- Full refurbishment, first and second fix, finishes
- Brickwork, blockwork, roofing, drainage
What you get
A dated programme, one site manager, a weekly written update, and the certificates and guarantees in a single folder at handover.

Stage 03 SIC 49420
Removal services
Building work starts with a house being emptied and ends with it being filled again. We do both, with the same crew, so the sofa that went into storage in March comes back through the new bifolds in July.
What's included
- Move-out before strip-out, move-in after handover
- Home moves across London, single rooms to whole houses
- Packing materials and packing, if you want it done for you
- Storage arranged for the length of the build
- Furniture placed where the drawings say, not left in the hall
What you get
A fixed price per move, an inventory on the day, and one contact who already knows the property.

Itemised by stage, valid for 60 days, with what is excluded written down as clearly as what is in.

One person on site who answers the phone, from the first day to the last.
Dated programme
Week by week, updated in writing when something changes — and why.

A letter before we start, working hours kept, and a phone number they can actually reach.
Tidy site
Swept every evening, protected floors and common parts, skips booked so they never sit full.
