The whole job, in order

One team from the first skip to the last box.

Most building work is three trades pretending to be one. We register for all three so the plot below only ever has one contractor on it — and the programme has no gaps between them.

  1. Stage 01

    Demolition & strip-out

    We take down what is in the way — a tired outbuilding, a rear wall, a whole house — separate the waste, and leave a clean, level plot with the services capped and marked.

  2. Stage 02

    Construction of domestic buildings

    New-build houses, rear and side extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments. Footings, brickwork, roof, first and second fix — built to the drawings, to Building Regulations, and to the programme we agreed at the start.

    When the house is ready, we move you in — packed, carried and placed by the people who know where every socket is. The same team moves tenants or furniture out before the strip-out starts.

How a job runs

Four steps, in writing, before a single brick moves.

You get a written quotation, a named site manager and a dated programme. The order below is the order every job takes — which is why it is numbered.

  1. Step 1

    Site visit & survey

    We come to the property, measure, photograph and look at your drawings. If there are none yet, we say what you need before anyone can price the work honestly.

  2. Step 2

    Written quotation

    Itemised by stage — demolition, build, removals — so you can see what each part costs and drop or add a part without re-pricing the whole job.

  3. Step 3

    Programme & build

    A dated programme, one site manager from first day to last, a short written update every week, and a site that is swept before we leave each evening.

  4. Step 4

    Handover & move-in

    A walk-round with a snagging list, the certificates and guarantees in one folder, then the van arrives with your things — on the date in the programme.

Homes we work on

Built for London houses and the rules that come with them.

Party walls, conservation areas, narrow side returns and no room for a skip. We plan for the street as much as the drawings.

    Party-wall notices, rear and side-return extensions, loft conversions with the neighbour's roof in mind.

  • Semi-detached

    Side and wraparound extensions, garage conversions, new-build on the plot next door.

  • Mews houses

    Tight access, no front garden, everything by hand. We size the skip and the team to the lane.

  • Mansion flats

    Refurbishments inside a managed block: lift bookings, protected common parts, working hours kept.

  • Extensions & lofts

    Rear, side-return and wraparound extensions, dormers and hip-to-gable lofts, with the steelwork to match.

Where we work

Registered at Haymarket, working across London: Zones 1 to 4 as standard, the wider M25 by arrangement. Site visits are free within London.

If your property is outside that, ask — a two-storey extension in Surrey is the same job as one in Southwark, with a longer drive.
